The agreement between you and Staytill when you use the app, in plain words.

Who we are
Staytill is made by Lorenzo Montes, Via Regina Nuova 57D, 22010 Carate Urio (CO), Italy, hello@staytill.com. By installing or using Staytill you agree to these terms.
What Staytill does
Staytill counts the days you spend in each country, from your phone's location and the trips you add, and shows how many days you have left against the rules you choose. Its counts are information to plan with. The decision on a visa, a stay or a tax residency belongs to the authorities of each country, which apply their own records and their own reading of the law. Check the days that matter with the official source before you rely on them, and correct any day in the app that does not match where you were.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Staytill on the phones you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law.
Staytill Pro
- How you buy it. Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
- Free trial. New subscribers to the yearly plan get a free trial of 3 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Staytill reminds you two days before the trial ends.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancelling. On Android, open the Google Play app, then your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. Payments are handled by Google or Apple, and refunds follow their policies. Request one from Google Play or from Apple.
- Restoring. On a new phone, sign in to the same Google or Apple account and tap Restore purchases in the app.
If you live in the European Union or the UK, your consumer rights under local law stay in full force, and nothing in these terms limits them.
Your data
Your days, trips and location points are stored on your phone. How Staytill handles data is in the privacy policy.
Changes to the app
We improve Staytill over time, and features may change. If a change removes something you paid for in a way that matters to you, write to us.
Liability
We build Staytill with care, and we cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its counts, or for indirect losses. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.
On the App Store
If you got Staytill from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Where it and these terms differ, these terms apply between you and us.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Using Staytill after a change means you accept the new terms.
