For Schengen, visa and tax-residency days

Know how many days you can still stay.

Spend months abroad? Staytill counts your days in every country on its own, then tells you the last day you can stay before you overstay a visa or become a tax resident.

Land.

The border counts your days now. So does your phone.

Since April 2026, the border logs your Schengen entries and exits, and an overstay can mean a ban on coming back. Staytill keeps the same count for you: it notes the country you're in, every day you're away.

Stay.

Stop solving the 180 days in your head.

90 days in any 180, but which 180? Staytill draws your days across the year: how close you came to the line, and when old trips start to roll off.

Go again.

Catch the overstay while it's still a date change.

Add the trip you have in mind. If it runs past your 90, Staytill shows the day you'd hit the limit and the last day you can stay.

Questions

How does the Schengen 90/180 rule work?

On a short stay, you can spend up to 90 days in the Schengen area in any 180-day period. Every day you're inside counts, including the day you arrive and the day you leave. Each day, the window moves forward one day, so old days drop out and you get them back. The rule, with the law it comes from.

Does Staytill count my days on its own?

Yes. With location on, Staytill notes which country you're in each day. You can also add trips by hand, before or after you travel, and fix any day.

What happens when a day is missing?

If the phone saw you in two different countries with a gap in between, those days are marked to confirm. You pick where you were and the count updates.

Which limits can I track?

Schengen 90/180; visa-free stays in places like Japan, the US, the UK, Canada, Mexico and Georgia; the FEIE 330-day physical presence test; the tax-residency day rules of over 20 countries, from Italy, Spain and the UK to the UAE and Australia; and your own custom rule. Every rule we count.

Which phones does it work on?

Staytill is on iPhone.
